In order to buy promotional clothing for your team, you must first create an account and sign in. Once you have signed in, you will be able to select which products to buy to your team, upload your company logo, and invite your team members to create their profile to be ready to receive their items. Please note that Green Promo Wear is under development and will be released Q2 2025.
Do my team members have to create an account as well?
Yes. Once you have invited them, they will need to create an account and add their shipping address and size information which will be stored to simplify future orders.
What happens after I have invited my team members?
Green Promo Wear will send an email with information on how they easily, in a number of steps, can create their profile to be ready to receive their products. This includes adding their shipping address and information to ensure they receive the right size.
Personal data collection
To be able to ensure the delivery of quality products with the right size to each team member, we will request and store personal data such as Age, Weight, Height and Shipping address. We will store this data on secure servers in the EU, either after ten years without being used, or until you delete your account. We will also use information about how you use our service with the sole purpose of improving it. You can find more details here.
Can I request which data that is stored about me?
Yes. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, which you can exercise by contacting us at support@greenpromowear.com.
Will you share my data to anyone?
Green Promo Wear will not share your data for any other purpose than what is being required in order to be able to ship the ordered products, with the right size, to the right recipients, and to understand how we can improve our service.
To which countries does Green Promo Wear ship?
Green Promo Wear supports world-wide shipping (except for a few that can be found here). For countries outside of the EU and the US, you might however have to pay customs fees and taxes once the order reaches the destination country.
What is the delivery time and how is it calculated?
The Estimated delivery time = Estimated fulfillment + Estimated shipping. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
How can I track my order?
Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number for each one of your order's shipping addresses. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via your order tracking information.
What format do you support for our logo?
We support PNG and recommend 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) for a good balance between quality and logo size. The dimension of the logo depends on the product. We provide clear guidance for all of our products.
Do you support both printing and embroidery?
Yes. The type to use is mostly based on your preference, but can also differ depending on the product. We provide clear guidance about printing and embroidery options for all of our products.
Do you have any guidance on what the logo should look like (dimensions, quality)?
Yes, we will make this available before our launch.
What forms of payments do you support?
Green Promo Wear support payments with Credit Cards. We are planning to also support payments in Crypto, but this is work in progress.
How do I know how much tax I have to pay?
We will show you the total amount for your order, including taxes, when you checkout. We are a Business-to-Business service, meaning that we only sell to companies. We will require you to enter your VAT for all orders within the EU. An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases
Do I have to pay in advance?
We will withdraw money from your credit card once you make the order.
What is a Designated Payer, and why is it required?
A Designated Payer is an individual responsible for handling payments for goods delivered to a specific country. This role helps to ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, as taxes must be paid in the delivery country, and often a corresponding transaction in that country simplifies accounting and tax compliance.
For each country to where goods are delivered, one Designated Payer must be assigned. This person will:
- Pay for the goods shipped to their country.
- Provide the company’s VAT number.
After the pending order is confirmed by the person that is creating the order, Green Promo Wear sends each Designated Payer an email with a secure payment link. Once payment is completed, the goods will fulfilled and delivered. While this might seem complex and unecessary at a first glance, the purpose is to simplify tax compliance and accounting for businesses with distributed teams across multiple countries.
Can I use a personal credit card as a Designated Payer?
Yes, it is common to use a personal credit card and expense the payment through your company, or - if self-employed - add the cost to the next invoice. Check with your manager or finance department for approval.
What if I do not have the company's VAT/GST number?
A VAT/GST number is required to complete the order. Contact your manager, finance department, or the person who placed the order for assistance in obtaining it.
In what way is Green Promo Wear a sustainable choice?
The clothing business has a large overall environmental impact. In order to minimize our impact, we carefully select the products we offer and we only offer products with organic cotton and recycled polyester.
Are your products certified in some way?
Yes, most of our products have certifications. The most common ones are GRS (Global Recycling Standard), OCS (Organic Content Standard), GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), OEKO-TEX 100, and PETA-Approved Vegan. You can read more about the different certifications here.
Do you ensure worker conditions in any way?
When we partner with a Print-on-Demand company, we check that they clearly state that they (and their suppliers and sub-contractors) comply with all applicable laws that prohibit slavery and human trafficking, including a requirement that they do not not support forced labor or collaborate with organisations that use illegal employment practices.
What if I am not happy with my products?
You can report problems with an order by sending an e-mail to support@greenpromowear.com. Be aware that Green Promo Wear may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
