To be able to ensure the delivery of quality products with the right size to each team member, we will request and store personal data such as Age, Weight, Height and Shipping address. We will store this data on secure servers in the EU, either after ten years without being used, or until you delete your account. We will also use information about how you use our service with the sole purpose of improving it. You can find more details here.

We support PNG and recommend 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) for a good balance between quality and logo size. The dimension of the logo depends on the product. We provide clear guidance for all of our products.
Yes. The type to use is mostly based on your preference, but can also differ depending on the product. We provide clear guidance about printing and embroidery options for all of our products.
You can upload, delete, or rename logos for garment placement through our platform. For best results, follow these guidelines:
File Types: Use PNG (recommended for transparency) or JPEG, with a maximum file size of 200 MB.
Resolution: Aim for 300 DPI for optimal print quality; a minimum of 150 DPI is required. Higher DPI ensures sharper prints, but exceeding 300 DPI increases file size without added benefit.
Dimensions: Logos can be resized when added to products. Ensure the design fits within typical garment placement areas.
Color Mode: Use the sRGB IEC61966-2.1 color profile for accurate colors. A transparent background is recommended.
Text and Lines: Text should be at least 14 pt (approximately 0.2" at print scale), and lines should be at least 0.25 pt for visibility on fabric.
These specifications ensure high-quality logos that look great on garments. Check our platform for tools to manage your logos easily.
A Designated Payer is a trusted person in the delivery country who completes payment for that country’s delivery. We use this to keep multi-country orders aligned with local tax/VAT requirements. Read the full explanation here.
The clothing business has a large overall environmental impact. In order to minimize our impact, we carefully select the products we offer and we only offer products with organic cotton and recycled polyester.
Yes, most of our products have certifications. The most common ones are GRS (Global Recycling Standard), OCS (Organic Content Standard), GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), OEKO-TEX 100, and PETA-Approved Vegan. You can read more about the different certifications here.
When we partner with a Print-on-Demand company, we check that they clearly state that they (and their suppliers and sub-contractors) comply with all applicable laws that prohibit slavery and human trafficking, including a requirement that they do not not support forced labor or collaborate with organisations that use illegal employment practices.
We use CO2 offsetting through our partner who has in turn partnered with Native to reduce the environmental impact of orders.
Our partner is actively working toward more sustainable packaging, but haven’t been able to go fully plastic-free just yet. The main challenge is finding eco-friendly materials that still protect orders during shipping.
Meanwhile there are efforts to reduce the environmental impact:
Today, all apparel orders shipped from in-house facilities use bags made from post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic. Globally, the packaging contains at least 70% recycled plastic. In North America, 90–100% of the packaging are from PCR plastic content.
Yes! We are always trying to find the best, high-quality, sustainable products to add to our store. Follow us on social media (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube and/or LinkedIn to stay up-to-date).
Let us know which products you miss by sending an e-mail to support@greenpromowear.com. As we only sell products that are eco-friendly, the number of products we can choose from is limited, but we will work hard to find the best sustainable products to include in our future offerings.
We offer the most common products such as hoodies, sweaters, t-shirts, polos, hats etc. Once you have created your account you will be able to see our entire collection.
